the cinema
Heritage brass doors under the verandah of the Todd Mall arcade — look for the small wheel etched into the glass. The lane entrance serves the Secret Suite and Salon Privé.

hand over the keys
The valet desk at the porte-cochère runs from 17:30 nightly — a numbered token, a guarded undercroft and a text line to summon your car when the last hand folds. EV charging and hand washes can be added to the token.
Driving yourself? The undercroft entrance is off the lane behind the arcade; the token machine sits beside the lift. Members' tokens are complimentary from Gold tier up.
Twelve seats,
one secret door
The Secret High-Limit Suite takes twelve diners, two gaming positions and one unmarked entrance — the house's most-requested room for birthdays, deals and discreet celebrations.
Quote requests go through the events desk; the concierge calculator returns a same-day figure once dates and party size are known.

Media, trade
and suppliers
Press enquiries, interview requests and the media kit route through the same desk — mark the message 'Press' and it lands with the owner directly. Photography inside the house is arranged, never improvised.
Producers and suppliers: the kitchen buys seasonal and local where the Territory allows. Introductions go through the menu team's inbox at [email protected], marked 'Supplier'.
