GDPR Notice

For our
European guests

Although we operate in Australia, guests covered by the EU/UK GDPR receive its protections as a matter of house policy: lawful basis, purpose limitation, data minimisation and the full suite of access, rectification, portability and erasure rights.

GDPR requests are handled to the same standard as Australian Privacy Act requests — write to [email protected] marked 'GDPR' and our compliance officer responds within the statutory one month, usually much faster. Our full data-handling detail is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Where GDPR and NT gaming-retention rules conflict, the licence's statutory retention prevails; we will always tell you which records those are.

Regulatory Compliance

Audits and
oversight

All gaming equipment — wheels, shufflers and RNG systems — is certified and annually audited by an independent testing laboratory; certificates are filed with the regulator and summarised on request.

Anti-money-laundering obligations are met through verified identity checks at the cage and transaction monitoring; staff are trained and re-certified annually.

Annual independent audit — zero findings since licensing. Certificates available at the desk.

Self-exclusion and spending-limit programs are honoured instantly, house-wide, no questions asked.

Responsible Play

Bet with your
head

The gaming floor is strictly 18+. Self-exclusion, deposit limits and session reminders are available at the cage without explanation — activation takes under two minutes and applies house-wide immediately.

Staff are trained to recognise harmful play and will pause service where required. Support-line cards are stocked at every exit; asking for one carries no penalty, ever.

Disputes

If something
goes wrong

Table disputes are ruled by the duty pit manager on the night; written reviews are available within 48 hours through the compliance officer.

Unresolved matters may be escalated to the NT gaming regulator — their contact details are posted at the cage and available on this page on request.

Consumer matters fall under Australian Consumer Law; nothing in our terms limits rights you hold under it. See Terms of Service and Refunds for the commercial detail.

FAQ
In Practice

How the desk
applies this

Policy text only matters at the counter. The concierge team is briefed on this document, and every booking flow — forms, deposits, the member register — follows it line for line.

If anything here reads ambiguously, ask before you book. A short question to the desk beats a long assumption.

Standing Rules

  • Gaming floor entry is strictly 18+ with photo ID.
  • Deposits follow the published refunds schedule.
  • House rules are posted at the door and enforced evenly.
