The terms that govern reservations, dining, gaming-floor entry, memberships and event hire at Outback Bistro — written plainly because nobody reads fine print at midnight.
Reservations
& deposits
A reservation confirmed in writing is a contract: we hold the table, you hold the time. Deposits are taken for dining bookings and are credited in full to the bill.
Tables are held fifteen minutes past the booked time; after that the floor reclaims them and the deposit converts to a beverage credit for sixty days.

The felt's
fine print
Table play is governed by the house rules displayed at each pit and licensed under NT-4820-7713. Minimums, maximums and variant rules are posted at every table.
Chips remain house property until cashed, settle at par across all services, and expire only on account closure. Suspected counterfeit or advantage play is referred to the regulator.
The house may refuse play, adjust limits or close tables at management's discretion — discretion exercised is always documented.
The Vault's
contract
Membership is personal, annual and non-transferable. Chip-back accrues on recorded table play and is spendable across dining, cellar and events at par.
The committee may suspend or terminate membership for breach of house rules, with pro-rated refund of the unused year where termination is not for cause.
Tier benefits apply from the day the card is struck; upgrades pro-rate, downgrades apply at renewal.
Guest privileges extend to one companion per visit; misuse of the card voids the visit, not the membership.
How the house
expects
Smart elegant dress after 18:00, no photography on the gaming floor, and discretion toward other guests — the unwritten rules are written here.
The house reserves the right to refuse service or entry where conduct threatens the comfort or safety of other guests or staff.
The legal
frame
These terms are governed by the laws of the Northern Territory and Australia. Nothing in them limits rights under Australian Consumer Law.
The house's liability for service issues is limited to re-supply or refund of the affected service; indirect losses are excluded to the extent the law permits.
