Window banquettes and the chef's counter go about two weeks out on weekends; midweek tables are often available same-day. Salon Privé and cellar dinners need a fortnight minimum.
The dining room welcomes all ages until 20:00; the gaming floor, speakeasy and cigar salon are strictly 18+ at all times, photo ID required.
The bar, terrace and gaming floor take walk-ins nightly. Dining tables are by reservation — the contacts page has the live request form.
Kitchen 12:00–03:30, gaming floor until 04:00, terrace from 17:00. The cigar garden opens at 18:00 and goes silent at 23:00.

The brass doors sit under the verandah of the Todd Mall arcade — 82 Todd Mall, Alice Springs. The lane entrance serves the Secret Suite and Salon Privé; the undercroft valet entrance is signposted from the lane.
