Outback Bistro's site uses a short list of cookies and local-storage entries: your consent choice, session preferences, and anonymous analytics that tell us which pages deserve better.
We do not run advertising trackers, fingerprinting or cross-site beacons. The cookie you decline stays declined — the banner respects the answer permanently.

The three
kinds we keep
Essential cookies carry the booking flow and security checks — the site cannot run without them and they expire with the session.
Preference cookies remember choices like your consent answer and form drafts; they live in local storage and can be cleared any time.
Analytics cookies count visits and dwell time in aggregate — no profiles, no cross-site stitching, no sale of data.

The banner's Decline button sets a strict essential-only mode — nothing else is written. You can also clear all site data from your browser settings at any time.

Essential cookies are session-scoped and carry no personal data — they exist so the booking form works.
Analytics run without identifiers; IP addresses are truncated before storage.
Who else
is on the page
The site loads Font Awesome icons, AOS animation and Tailwind CSS from public CDNs, and Google Fonts for typography — each receives the standard technical request data (IP, user-agent) as part of any CDN fetch.
The embedded map on the contacts page is served by Google Maps; Google's own policy governs what that frame collects. It loads only on the contacts page.
